At Victoria Park Infant school, we pride ourselves on providing high quality first wave teaching and we use our pupil premium funding to make sure that we have highly qualified teachers and support staff. We have  a high level of adult to child ratio to ensure that they receive the best education. Our teaching assistants provide individual and small group support under the direction of the teachers. We employ a learning mentor who provides curriculum support and intervention programmes to children who are entitled to pupil premium funding.  Our learning mentor is a qualified coach who provides an extra curricular sports club for these children during the year.

We also fund places for pupils who are entitled to pupil premium at our extra curricular clubs.
