Hello R1 families!
This week the children have been busy both indoors and outdoors!
They have enjoyed gymnastics and moving in different ways in dance.
We are moving through our phonics scheme and have been learning 'i' and 'n' this week. Thank you for your support with the home reading and phonics homework so far. It really does make a big difference.
In maths we have been exploring pattern. We've talked about making a pattern and continuing a pattern.
Now the children have finished drawing their pictures of their families (which are fantastic), this week they have painted a colour wash to mount their pictures on. These pictures are going to be displayed in the classroom.
