It has been an interesting start to the half term at Victoria Park Infants! 2L continued where they had left off from last half term with enthusiasm and hard work. The whole class responded well to the visitors we had in school and the children who spoke to the inspectors did so articulately and respresented the school really well.
In class we started our topic on the Great Fire of London by looking at how the fire started and spread so quickly. In literacy we used Bonfire night as inspiration for some descriptive writing. In Maths we looked at how to add and subtract tens from a two digit number.
I have provided that class with new spellings and have put homework on purple mash. The spellings for this week are table apple bottle little middle able wobble multiple dazzle riddle
Thank you for your continued support and I look forward to seeing you at parent's eveving.
Thanks again,
Mr Logan
