Understanding of the World (mathematical sorting activity) based on our Hot and Cold topic

Today we are going to look at clothes to see if they are for hot weather or for cold weather.
Can you sort some clothes into Summer and Winter clothes
Perhaps you can do like I am going to do and sort your clothes into two places,
I have two suitcases one flowery one for taking on a summer holiday and a black one for taking on a winter holiday.
Let's sort and count together

Literacy writing 

Can you make a holiday list of clothes to pack in your suitcase

Start by writing your name.

Make a list or a chart like this one.

Praise your child's attempts to write.  Scribe for them so that they see correct letter formation.
