Below are some feelings monsters that you can print out and colour in to express how the monsters are feeling. If you like, you can use what ever colour you like to describe how it is feeling. You will also find some speech bubbles. Imagine that the monster is saying how they feel and why they feel that way, write this in the speech bubble, cut it out and stick it beside the monster. Think of as many different feelings as you possibly can! What different feelings have you had? Maybe you could start with writing a list of feelings. This will help you to recall some...
Over the coming week, have a go at writing your very own 'Feelings Diary'. A diary is something that we write in each day to talk about what has happened to us that day. Could you draw a picture to illustrate how you felt that day? Could you write a sentence to describe your feelings? Can you remember what a sentence needs?
