Feelings will be mixed for the children as they move to a new class. Ask them to complete this worksheet by drawing a picture to represent any worries in the cloud and the things they are excited about can be written on the rainbow.

This Power point explores the feelings of Coady the caterpillar. Coady was quite worried about becoming a butterfly because he was quite happy with the way he was and didn't want things to change. It all works out in the end for Coady though!

Have a go at making your own worry dolls and tell them the things that you are worried about. Talking always helps
