Welcome back to Victoria Park Infant School

Week 5

Hello Everyone,

The children have continued to be busy this week creating some lovely Christmas crafts to bring home to you soon.

We have learnt l and ll in phonics and squares, rectangles and sequenced the activities we do during the day and night in maths.

Your children have been doing a super job rehearsing for our Christmas show. They are really looking forward to you coming to watch them next week. I am sure you will absolutely love it!

In PE we had outdoor fun with Mr Shingler playing games and had our last dance session with Courtney. She was very impressed with R1 during their dance sessions.

Mrs Walkden has been busy practising Christmas songs ready for Carols in the Park this weekend. I look forward to seeing some of you there.

As we moved into December, we began to open our Advent Calendar in class and had a very special delivery from the North Pole. We had a shiny red envelope with something special inside - a letter from Santa and one of his fairies.

This week our medal winner is Unaysa. She is a kind, caring, happy little girl who always tries her best with everything she is asked to do. Unaysa is a lovely and helpful friend.

Miss Edwards and I look forward to seeing you at our Christmas show next week.

We hope you all have a super weekend and enjoy looking at the pictures below.

Take care

Mrs Spooner x
