Week 3
Week 3 has been a very busy week. The children have continued to settle and explore and build friendships.
This week we have started Floppy's Phonics. Miss Edwards and I have been impressed with the children's efforts. We have learnt s and a this week. Your child has phonics homework sheets in their phonics folders to complete over the weekend.
Thank you to those who have sent in family photographs.
The children listened to the story Simon Sock by Sue Hendra and Paul Linnet and then sorted socks in to matching pairs, and also designed their own pairs of socks.
I am looking forward to seeing many of you at the Meet the Teacher meting on Wednesday at 4pm in the classroom.
