Welcome to the Week 3 Maths Page!

This week in maths we will be thinking about TIME!

 

Here are some very practical ideas for exploring time and its associated vocabulary in real life, every day events...

Have a go at making a clock face using this template!

In this activity you will need to think of the day before and the day after of a given day of the week!

Take a Time Challenge! Create an obstacle course in the house, garden or street (careful of those roads!) Time each member of your house hold as they complete it using a timer, record their time and find out who is the winner!

What can you do in 1 minute? Here are some challenges in which you guess how you''ll get on with the challenge ahead of doing it and then you'll actually take the challenge to see how well you guessed! Maybe you could set some of your own 1 minute challenges for someone in your home!
