Well this week brings us to the end of Spring 1. Time is flying by!
The children have as busy as ever, continuing to find out about our wonderful world and enjoying a number of health and wellbeing activities as part of our Health and Wellbeing week and Children's Mental Health week. The children have taken part in calming activities, listened to some relaxing music and join in with children's yoga.
The children have enjoyed continuous provision indoors and outdoors around the weather.
On Friday we learnt about the Chinese New Year. It is the year of the dragon and this got the children very excited. In the morning we joined nursery and reception 2 for a Dragon Dance in the hall. This was such good fun and a little noisy. We even tasted prawn crackers and brought home a fortune cookie.
Miss Edwards and I hope you all have a wonderful half term break.
Keep safe and have lots of fun!
Take care
