Welcome back! We hope you all had a fantastic break. PLEASE NOTE THAT SCHOOL PHOTOGRAPHS TUESDAY 8TH OCTOBER 2024

Week beginning 11th May 2020

Here is a science activity based around coastal habitats. In the slides there are some pictures of different creatures that live by the coast. We would like you to investigate what they are. You don't need to record anything, just discuss your findings. You may want to use a book or the internet(with an adult) to do your research.

Mrs Ogden has been busy finding some great music lessons and activities for you to try at home. This one is particularly good and perhaps you can use Lego, like the teacher has done, to demonstrate music.

As we are basing our work around The Lighthouse Keeper's Lunch we thought it would be good to learn a little more about lighthouses. When you have read through the Powerpoint we would like you to create your own lighthouses using junk modelling.

  • What features does it need?
  • What colours do you normally find on them?
  • What are they normally built upon?
