Week 5
I can't believe it is the end of week 5 already! This half term is going so fast!
The children have enjoyed being human scales this week as in maths we have been comparing the weight of different objects from around the classroom.
We have started to learn our Harvest song and shared the story of The Enormous Turnip.
In phonics we have learnt i and n and the children are now beginning to blend the sounds we have learnt so far together to make words.
Continuing with our topic, we have been finding out about our homes this week and the different types of homes that we live in. Also looking at what we do and what furniture goes in to each room.
It is individual photo day on Tuesday, so please remember to send your child to school with a big smile.
