Week beginning 29th June 2020
Here are some things to do for your new teacher(s). They are looking forward to knowing all about you, and it is a chance to practise your lovely handwriting! We have put a few pages on so you can choose your favourite (or do them all!) If your grown up takes a photo and emails it to one of us, we can show your new teachers!
Mrs O’Connell has read the story Every House on Every Street for our storytelling page this week.
- Do you recognise the things that you do at home in the book?
- What is your favourite thing to do at home?
- Could you cut out and create your own house like the pages in the book. You could then write a sentence under it or under each room to tell us what you do in there. You could even create a pop up/ pull out book which is a big picture of your home!
And finally if you’d like a bit more to do on our topic of Africa, here is a reading comprehension by the Go Jetters from Cbeebies!
