Crickey! Week 2 has been busy!
We have learnt about Remembrance Day and took part in a 2 minute silence, drawn some fantastic poppies and made our own poppy wreaths. Then followed Odd Socks Day which led into National Anti-Bullying week. We have talked a lot about being different and unique, friendships, what makes a good friend and being kind and helpful to everybody.
In maths we have explored the numbers 4 and 5. Everybody had fun in yoga and taking part in our gymnastic circuit in PE on Friday.
The children made their friend an amazing, colourful friendship band.
Thank you to all of you who came to see me for parent's evening on Wednesday and Thursday, it was nice to chat to you.
To finish the week we created Reception 1's Hands of Friendship which I hope you saw in the playground.
I hope you all have a great weekend and enjoy looking through the photos
Take care
