For those of you who like to work practically we have found a selection of challenges to keep you busy.

We also thought that as you are following instructions in English you might like to start helping at home with some baking and cooking activities:
Can you follow a recipe to make a cake?
Can you learn to use a knife and spread something on bread/ toast?
Can you help to peel and chop vegetables or fruit?
To extend this, are there any other household jobs your adult wants help with? (learn how to make a bed, hoover, sort the washing?)
