When the astronauts landed back on Earth from the Apollo 11 mission, they used parachutes to slow down their landing. Can you investigate what material would be the best to use to make a parachute? As the astronauts landed in water you might want to investigate what materials are waterproof first, before testing which would make a good parachute.
