Hello R2 Families
It's lovely to be back with you all for a bit 
and we have had a lovely first week back together. The children have really enjoyed seeing their mates after the break.
We have a new topic- 'What a Wonderful World!' In this topic we do lots of early geography and explore space too. It has really ignited the children's interest already and they have shared loads of brilliant knowledge during class discussions.
We have begun Floppy's Phonics Level 2 this week. We have started with the phonemes 'j' and 'v'. This week we will learn 'w'. Please note that when we learn L2, we teach 2 new phonemes one week and then 1 new phoneme the next and alternate weekly like this, so you'll find homework to be different, therefore.
