We're at the halfway point folks! Looking back at photos from September just shows how much your little people have grown!
This week we have been busy making toast and enjoying some Valentines themed art.We have continued to practise number recognition and tried really hard to write numerals.
As always, play comes first! We've had dragon quests, big bad wolf chases and dinosaur lands made.
Enjoy the half-term break!
A mix of photos from the last few weeks, with our highlight of going to the park! Thank you to all that helped. We will go again, one afternoon, next half-term.
This week we have enjoyed our new text- Freddie and the Fairy. The children are learning about differences and similarities between each other. There have been some lovely discussions with the children, which has been wonderful to observe.
We are working on recognising our numbers and have enjoyed playing a number listening game outdoors.
In Nursery we are always encouraging independence. After our hot chocolate on Friday the children washed their own cups in the sink and set them out to dry. Some children offered to help empty the water tray when they saw me doing this at the end of the day-what a helpful class I have!
