Week 1

Hello R1 Families,

Welcome to the Reception 1 class page.

Thank you all for a great first week! The children have been fantastic, finding their way around and beginning to make new friends.

Lunch time went very well and play time with KS1 gave the children the opportunity to see their siblings and friends.

Next week will be a full routine. We have PE on Mondays and Tuesdays so the children will need to come to school wearing their full PE kit on those days. PE kit consists of white t-shirt, black or grey leggings/joggers/shorts, school jumper or cardigan and importantly, sturdy trainers that they will be able to safely play in indoors and outdoors.

Earrings need to be removed on PE days.

Please make sure that you write your child's name in their uniform, especially jumpers and cardigans, otherwise it'll be impossible for us to reunite them when they take them off!
