Week 2
Hello R2 Families!
It has been a sunny week and the children have managed well. Thanks for the sunhats and for creaming up! They have been drinking plenty of water and have kept happy, despite the heat.
It has been a great week for PE in Reception 2. We had our first dance session with Kortney on Monday and our first football session with Steve on Thursday. Both are amazing coaches and the children are really going to benefit from their time with them.
The outdoor shelter is now The Superhero Head Quarters. This has really fired up the children's imaginations. The loved creating a superhero den!
The children earn marbles in the class reward jar when they work together as a team. This week our jar became full to the top! The children opted for a sweet shop as their reward. They each got a sweet token and chose their own pick and mix (old school!) They really enjoyed this treat.
