Week 5
Hello R2 Families
Despite the changeable weather, we've been having lots of fun both inside and outside!
We have been talking about our families, how special they are and the different people that live in our houses. The children enjoyed drawing their families and their art work has taken pride of place on the classroom wall. Thanks for emailing me photos of your family members, they too are on the wall and the children have enjoyed taking their friends to look at them and chat about them 
It's not too late to email me a photo or send one to school, I'll continue to add them to our display...
Next week in maths we'll be sorting things according to different criteria. We will begin Drawing Club (they'll love this so much). We'll begin to learn the correct formation of the Caterpillar Letter Family. Please take a look at how these letters are formed so that you can support your child at home.
In our topic we are going to talk about our homes and talk about why our homes are such special places.
